This dashboard is your pre-market "Filter." It is designed to remove emotion and replace it with data-driven execution. You have three ways to use this tool:

  1. INTERACTIVE (Tablet/Desktop): You can check the boxes and type your notes directly into the fields below as you perform your analysis.
  2. DIGITAL ARCHIVE: Once your prep is complete, hit Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows) and "Save as PDF" to keep a digital journal of your daily trade plans.
  3. PHYSICAL PRINT: If you prefer a focused, "no-screen" prep, hit the [PRINT DAILY SOP] button at the top right. Many of our top-tier traders keep a physical binder of these checklists to track their growth.
